We are unable to offer any refunds on licenses. Before you buy a license, please make sure that you have read and accepted the software license agreement (EULA) that appeared when you first installed your progeCAD software. You are buying through the website http://www.progecad.co.uk, which is operated by Draughtmark Limited. Draughtmark Limited is a UK registered company and authorised reseller of progeCAD products.
